Payment Schedule
Program Fees to be Paid to the
Bursar’s Office
Tuition and Program fees should be
paid directly to the UGA Bursar’s Office.
- UGA Tuition for 6 hours (covered
by HOPE, if eligible). Exact amount depends on your school and when you
began your studies. See Bursar's Office page for your specific fees:

- Out of State Students pay
in-state tuition fee.
- Technology Fee (consult Bursar's
office for specific amount)
- For non-University System of
Georgia, out-of-state residents: $250 out-of-state fee
- * Summer tuition rates are
subject to change.
Program Fees to be billed directly to
your account at the
Bursar's Office (Business Services Building)
- Application fee ($1,000) due upon
application January 20
- Second payment ($3,000) due on
February 3.
- Final Payment ($2,195) due on
March 1.
Refund Schedule

- If a student is not accepted
into the program or withdraws from the
program before February 3, 2011 then student will receive a full refund of
all fees paid.
- If a student withdraws from
program on or after February 3, 2011 but before February 10, 2011 then student
will receive a full refund of all fees less $250.
- If a student withdraws from
program on or after February 10, 2011 but before March 1, then student will receive a refund of
all fees, minus $700 and all fees already paid by program on behalf of
student.
- If a student withdraws from
program on or after March 1 no refund will be made to student of any fees
paid.
Program Cancellation
- If the program is cancelled due
to insufficient student enrollment, then a full refund of monies paid will be
given to each student.
- If the program is cancelled due
to an act of war or terrorism, a State Department warning or other
circumstances that make the program location unsafe, all monies not already
spent on behalf of the student will be refunded to each student.
